About these terms
These terms apply to cinevex.net and its installed web app, operated under the Cinevex / Blezolad brand. “Cinevex”, “we” and “our” refer to the operator of this service. Use the contact below for service or legal questions. Using the service means accepting these terms; if you disagree, stop using it. Your mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
The service and its limits
Cinevex helps you discover movies and series, decide what to watch and find external viewing options. It is not the operator of the third-party services listed. Names and logos identify those services and do not establish a partnership or endorsement. We do not promise coverage of every title, country, plan, language or price.
Eligibility and account security
You must be legally able to accept these terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, involve a parent or guardian and follow the age rules of any external provider. Cinevex is not directed to children under 13. Give accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and report suspected unauthorised access. Do not impersonate another person.
Permitted use
Use the service lawfully for discovery and personal viewing decisions. Do not infringe copyright, upload unlawful or harmful material, harass people, manipulate reviews, harvest personal information, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the service. Do not evade technical limits, subscriptions, territorial restrictions or other providers’ access controls.
External links, payments and playback
Provider contracts, prices, refund rules, age limits and privacy policies apply when you visit or use an external service. Check the provider’s current offer before buying. A Cinevex subscription preference does not connect your provider account. Cinevex cannot cancel provider subscriptions or guarantee playback. Any embedded player or permitted download remains subject to the rights and conditions of its source.
Recommendations, community context and AI
Recommendations and natural-language interpretations can be incomplete or wrong. Check the applied filters and displayed sources. Ratings and content notes are opinions or reported metadata, not safety assurances or professional advice. Do not submit passwords, financial details or sensitive personal information in search prompts or public contributions.
Your contributions and sharing
You retain rights in material you create. By submitting a review, list, report or other contribution, you permit Cinevex to store, process and display it as needed to operate the feature and according to its privacy or sharing controls. You must have the necessary rights and permissions. Do not post another person’s private information. Filmmaker licensing and any revenue arrangements require a separate written agreement.
Moderation and copyright
We may restrict or remove contributions or accounts for legal requirements, credible rights complaints, abuse or breaches of these terms. We may suspend or terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Use the copyright process to report suspected infringement and contact us to challenge a moderation decision.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access, complete listings or error-free recommendations. We may correct, change or retire features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and we are not responsible for independent providers’ acts or losses caused by reliance on inaccurate listings. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that the law does not permit us to exclude.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using Cinevex and request deletion at any time. Necessary legal, security or dispute records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. We will show the date of material terms changes and provide additional notice where required. Changes do not remove rights that have already accrued.

Contact us first with the relevant account or page details so we can investigate. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or prevent you from using a court, regulator or other remedy available under applicable law.
